Daughters of Eve,

Anak-anak perempuan Hawa,

they weave their spell,

disiapkannya mantra,

fruit wondrous to behold,

buah penggoda mata,

joy beyond words,

sukacita melebihi kata-kata,

they call to us:

mereka menggapai kita:

Delilah, Jesebel, Cleopatra,

Delila, Izebel, Kleopatra

yet, caught, in the temple of God.

namun terjerat di Bait Allah.

Sarah, Rachael, Naomi, Esther, Ruth,

Sara, Rahel, Naomi, Ester, Rut

Mary, mother of Christ, Mary Madalene

Maria, bunda Kristus, Maria Magdalena

Para perempuan dunia

still they weave their spell,

masih disiapkannya mantra,

still fruit wondrous to behold;

masih berupa buah penggoda mata

yet in the night

namun di kala malam

I see my mother praying for me,

Dalam doa ibuku, namaku disebutnya,

true love,

kasih nan nyata,

with me rejoicing that God created:

bersukacitalah karena Allah mencipta:
